Vegetable Cutlet.

Ingredients
1. Masala powder ... 1 tablespoon
2. Beans ... 50 gms
3. Cabbage .. 50 gms.
4. Big onion ... 50 gms
5. Carrot ... 50 gms
6. Potatoes ... 100 gms
7. Green chillies ... 10 nos
8. Garlic ... 4 pearls
9. White of egg ... a little.
10. Salt ... to taste
11. Bread crumbles ... 100 gms.

 

Method:

  1. Cook the potatoes and mash well.
  2. Cut all the vegetables, garlic and green chillies and fry then in oil, and cook them.
  3. Mix them with the mashed potatoe, salt, masala powder.
  4. Make out small balls, flatten them, cover with egg while, dip it in the bread crumbles and roast (fry) them in oil over a thawa..
