Tomato Curry

Ingredients
Tomatoes-12(prefer thin long ones)
Onion -3(medium size)
Greeen chillies(12 or according to taste)
jaggery(one medium piece) or sugar -3 spoons
oil-1tbs
udadhal-1 spoon
jeera-1/2 spoon
mustered-1/2 spoon
curry leaves -few
Basen powder-1 spoon(chenna dhal flour)
salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. cut tomatoes ,chillies into small pieces
  2. cut onion into thin long pieces.
  3. keep oil in a pan heat for 2 minutes .
  4. put mustered,jeera udadhal ,cury leaves then add green chillies and onions once onions are almost fried add tomatoes, jaggery/sugar.
  5. then sprinkle little basen powder mik it add salt to tase.
  6. cook for few minutes .add salt according to taste. season with coriander leaves.
  7. Note:If u like more spicy can add little chilli pwder if required and lemon juice if u want make it little sour in taste.
