Sweet Rice.

Ingredients
1. Basmathi rice -- cooked ... 2 cups
2. Clove ... 2 nos
3. Elachi ... 2 nos
4. Cashew nuts ... 4 nos
5. Badam ... 5 nos
6. Kismis ... 10 nos
7. Sugar ... 1 cup
8. Ghee ... 1/2 cup

 

Method:

  1. Heat a little ghee in a vessel and add elachi, cloves, broken cashew nuts, badam and fry for some time.
  2. After it turns golden brown, add the kismis till golden brown.
  3. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar and mix well, and cook for another 2 to 5 minutes and take it off from the stove.
