Stuffed Parotha
Ingredients
1. Wheat flour ... 1 cup
2. Baked Potatoe ... 2 nos.
3. Chilly powder ... 1tsp
4. Amchoor powder ... 1 tsp
5. Garam masala powder ... 1 tsp
6. Coriander leaves ... 1 stalk
7. Salt ... to taste
8. Oil ... to fry
Method:
- Mash the potatoe and add chilly powder, amchoor powder (if not available, 4 or 5 drops of lemon juice), amchoor, garam masala powder, and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well and make it into small balls.
- Mix wheat flour with salt and a little water and make a thick dough as for chappathi and make small balls from this batter..
- Keep equal number of batter balls and masala balls.
- Spread the chappathi and keep the masala balls inside, cover it and then close it.
- Spread this again. It should be neither too thin nor too thick.
- Keep it over a kadai and fry it with a little oil.
