Stuffed Parotha

Ingredients
1. Wheat flour ... 1 cup
2. Baked Potatoe ... 2 nos.
3. Chilly powder ... 1tsp
4. Amchoor powder ... 1 tsp
5. Garam masala powder ... 1 tsp
6. Coriander leaves ... 1 stalk
7. Salt ... to taste
8. Oil ... to fry

 

Method:

  1. Mash the potatoe and add chilly powder, amchoor powder (if not available, 4 or 5 drops of lemon juice), amchoor, garam masala powder, and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well and make it into small balls.
  2. Mix wheat flour with salt and a little water and make a thick dough as for chappathi and make small balls from this batter..
  3. Keep equal number of batter balls and masala balls.
  4. Spread the chappathi and keep the masala balls inside, cover it and then close it.
  5. Spread this again. It should be neither too thin nor too thick.
  6. Keep it over a kadai and fry it with a little oil.
