Sindhi Potatoe Bhaji

Ingredients
1. Cooked (Baked) Potatoe ... 3 nos.
2. Onion - chopped ... 1 no
3. Tomatoe - cut into pieces ,,, 3 nos.
4. Ginger " ... 1" piece.
5. Curd (churned) ... 1cup
6. Chilly powder ... 1 tsp
7. Turmeric powder ... 1/4 tsp
8. Garam masala powder ... 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add onion and ginger and saute well
  2. Add the tomatoes and keep the kadai closed with a li till the oil floates.
  3. Add the curd, chilly powder and allow it to boil till the whole thing turns reddish in colour.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, potatoes (cut into round pieces), the required salt, coriander leaves (finely chopped), mix them well and keep it closed for another five minutes. and then switch off the stove.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and eat and enjoy.
