Mysore Pak

Ingredients
Besan - 1cup
Ghee - 2cups
Sugar - 2 cups.

 

Method:

  1. Take vessel and heat 2 cups of ghee and to this add 1 cup besan.
  2. Now use kadai and add sugar and 2tbsp of water to make sugar syrup. Keep stiring till the mixture becomes porous.
  3. Make sure u do this syrup making process on low heat.
  4. Now when u find bubbles and add the batter of ghee and besan and on medium heat keep stirring till the whole thing leaves ends of the kadai.
  5. Now take plate and greace it with butter and pour this batter and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Store it in airtight containers.
