Mysore Pak
Ingredients
Besan - 1cup
Ghee - 2cups
Sugar - 2 cups.
Method:
- Take vessel and heat 2 cups of ghee and to this add 1 cup besan.
- Now use kadai and add sugar and 2tbsp of water to make sugar syrup. Keep stiring till the mixture becomes porous.
- Make sure u do this syrup making process on low heat.
- Now when u find bubbles and add the batter of ghee and besan and on medium heat keep stirring till the whole thing leaves ends of the kadai.
- Now take plate and greace it with butter and pour this batter and cut into desired shapes.
- Store it in airtight containers.
