Carrot Rice

Ingredients
Carrot - 3
rice - 1cup(boiled)
onion - 1(finely chopped)
mustard- 1tsp
oil - little for frying
salt - to taste
To make powder
Toor dhal - 2tsp
chana dhal - 2tsp
corriander seed - 1tsp
jeera seed - 1tsp
red chillies -4 or 5
oil for frying

 

Method:

  1. First fry all the ingredients(to make powder) in little oil.
  2. Then grind it in to a powder in the mixie.
  3. Now add little oil in pan and fry mustard.
  4. After frying add chopped onion and fry it.After frying it add carrots and mix it well.
  5. Now add rice and salt to it.Mix well.
  6. Now add the grinded powder and mix well.
  7. Remove from fire and garnish with corriander leaves. Very tasty to eat.
