Pooris for Paani poori or Dahi Aloo poori.

Ingredients
1.Very fine Suji 2cups
2. Soda water (softdrink)one bottle.
3.Salt to taste
4.Oil for deep frying.

 

Method:

  1. Mix suji and salt in one bowl.
  2. Add soda water to it, add slowly.
  3. Make dough which is harder than regular pooris.
  4. Keep it for ten minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into five portions.
  6. Roll out in to big chapattis , cut it in to small circles using sharp edged lid of about 5cms diameter.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil.
  8. Some poories puff up very well , but few doesn't .
  9. Don't worry ,keep both the poories. Puffed one use for paani poori and others for Dahi batata pooris.
