Pooris for Paani poori or Dahi Aloo poori.
Ingredients
1.Very fine Suji 2cups
2. Soda water (softdrink)one bottle.
3.Salt to taste
4.Oil for deep frying.
Method:
- Mix suji and salt in one bowl.
- Add soda water to it, add slowly.
- Make dough which is harder than regular pooris.
- Keep it for ten minutes.
- Divide the dough into five portions.
- Roll out in to big chapattis , cut it in to small circles using sharp edged lid of about 5cms diameter.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
- Some poories puff up very well , but few doesn't .
- Don't worry ,keep both the poories. Puffed one use for paani poori and others for Dahi batata pooris.
