Paneer Omlette.

Ingredients
1. Green chillies ... 4 nos
2. Coriander leaves ... a little
3. Moong dhal ... 100 gms
4. Curry leaves ... a little
5. Salt ... to taste
6. Onions -- chopped ... 100 gms
7. Pepper powder ... 1 tsp
8. Paneer ... 100 gms
9. Fried Bengal gram powder ... 100 gms
10. Oil ... to fry.

 

Method:

  1. Soak moong dhal for about 2 hours and grind into a coarse paste.
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, curry leaves, a little salt, pepper powder, chopped onions, fried bengal gram powder and the grated paneer with a little water ad mix well.
  3. Make omlettes in a frying pan with oil in medium flame.
