Nutritious Paratha

Ingredients
1. cup of wheat flour
2. 1 carrot grated
3. 1 radish leaves (green leaves of muli)
4. turmeric,salt and red chillie powder as per ur requirement.
5. oil

 

Method:

  1. finely chop the green leaves of muli.
  2. in a bowl mix the carrot and leaves of muli with a little bit of salt
  3. take wheat flour init add the salt,red chillie powder and turmeric (see that the salt is as per the flour because we have already added the salt in the mixture of carrot and muli.)prepare the dough
  4. take a medium sized ball fromthe dough and roll like a small puri then take a little mixture of the carrot and muli and place it in the middle and then take together all sides of the puri and make it round like a ball and roll it out like a paratha.
  5. heat the tava and place the rolled paratha and cook on one side and turn it on the other side on the cooked side apply ghee and turn it again and again apply ghee and turn. (same way as we make parathas)
  6. enjoy this with yogurt,chutney,pickle or just roll it and eat it hot.
  7. If u want this paratha to be more spicer than u can also add chillie powder and turmeric in the mixture of carrot and muli.Other steps are same as above.
