Mysore Masala Dosai

Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup
Rice Aval - 1/4 cup
Urad dhal - 1 Tbl sp
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Thuar dhal - 1 Tbl sp
Ravai - 1 1/2 Tbl sp
Salt - 1 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Soak the Rice,dhal and fenugreek for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Soak the rice aval separately for 1 hour
  3. Grind everything,add salt and keep it aside for 10 to 12 hours
  4. Before 1 hour of prepareing dosa mix the ravai and sugar
  5. Try to make dosa very thinly.
  6. When dosa becomes slightly brown turn it and pour the oil in the corner of the dosa.
  7. If needed u can add potato masala inside the dosa and serve.
  8. Make the dosa in the trianlge shape and serve it with coconut chutney or sambhar.
