Ingredients
one part mango pulp fresh or canned
two parts dannon fat free or low fat vanilla yogurt.

 

Method:

  1. blend 1 part mango pulp and two parts dannon vanilla yogurt in a blender for about a min and you are ready to go.
  2. if you really want chillied lassi then add ice or refrigerate for an hour or so.
