KhajurPak

Ingredients
200gm Khajur
50gm Dry fruits(Kaju,Pista,Badam etc)
2-3 tsp Ghee

 

Method:

  1. Cut khajur in middle take the seeds out and cut in small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Put khajur stir for 5-10 min. until khajur becomes very soft and starts leaving ghee.
  4. Put all the dry fruits and mix it well.
  5. Now put that mixture on flat surface & put a plastic on it & roll it with belan to make it chapati form. Just like we make any burfis.
  6. When it comes to room temp.i.e after 10-15 mins cut it in to diamond shapes.
  7. Enjoy the Khajur Pak. Khajur is very good for health which helps to increase hemoglobine level. But some people don't like to eat it, especially kids. This form of khajur is really very nice. You can give this to kids with milk. I can tell this from my self experience.
