I'am Noopur from pune, India. Here is one of my favourite recipe Kamalichi Chutney named after our maid who used to make this chatni to eat with her bhakris and we used to love eating her chatni..

Kamalichi Chutney

Ingredients
6-8 green chillies
bunch of coriander leaves
4-6 flakes of garlic... u may add more according to ur taste
1/2 - 1 tsp. jeera... not the powdred jeera... whole!!
1 ripe tomato small size.
a pinch of asoeftida
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take the above ingredients and roughly cut the ones needed to be cut and put all the ingredients in the mixie and just grind away..
  2. Your chatni is ready. U can make this chatni to eat with bhakris.. plain parathas.. and when u dont have grated coconut at home.
