Green Chilly Pickle

Ingredients
1. Green chillies ... 200 gms
2. Lime juice ... 200 ml
3. Mustard powder ... 175 gms
4. Gingelly oil ... 175 ml
5. Salt ... 100 gm
6. Turmeric ... 1 tsp.

 

Method:

  1. Wash the green chillies and allow them to dry up completely.
  2. Cut it into 1/2" uniform pieces
  3. Take mustard powder, gingelly oil, lime juice, salt, turmeric powder and the cut green chillies and mix them well and transfer it into a bottle and close the lid.
  4. After is nicely soaked you can use it.
  5. One word of caution is please see that the green chillies are well immersed in the lime juice.
