Fried Rice

Ingredients
onion -1
green chillis - 4-5
boiled rice - 1 cup
garam masala - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves
Cardamom -3
Cloves -3
Green peas -1/2 cup
Ghee and oil to taste

 

Method:

  1. Cut one big onion lengthwise.Then also cut green chillies lengthwise.
  2. Then put some oil and ghee in a pan and heat for a while.
  3. Fry cardamom and cloves in it.After that fry oninons until it is brown colour.
  4. Take little amount of green peas and boil it.
  5. After boiling, add it to fied things.
  6. Add chillies to it and fry well.
  7. Now add cooked(boiled) rice to it and mix all well.
  8. Now add garam masala powder to it and mix all the ingredients well.
  9. Take out from fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with raitha and papad.
  11. If you want you can also add cashew nuts to the rice.
