Eggless sponge cake
Ingredients
condensed milk - 1 cup
melted butter -60ml
baking powder -1 tsp
self raising flour - 1cup
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
vanilla essensce - 1 tsp
Method:
- Pre heat oven at 400F.
- Sieve the flour,along with baking powder& baking soda.
- Mix the condensed milk,butter,vanilla essense and 85ml of water & beat well.
- Grease the baking pan with butter and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake the first 15mins in 400 and next 10mins in 300F heat.
- Take it out & allow the cake to cool before serving/frosting.
