Eggless sponge cake

Ingredients
condensed milk - 1 cup
melted butter -60ml
baking powder -1 tsp
self raising flour - 1cup
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
vanilla essensce - 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven at 400F.
  2. Sieve the flour,along with baking powder& baking soda.
  3. Mix the condensed milk,butter,vanilla essense and 85ml of water & beat well.
  4. Grease the baking pan with butter and pour the mixture into it.
  5. Bake the first 15mins in 400 and next 10mins in 300F heat.
  6. Take it out & allow the cake to cool before serving/frosting.
