Indian Style Hot Chinese fried Rice

Ingredients
1. 2 cups Cooked Rice
2. 1 cup finely chopped spring onions.
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage.
4. 1/2 cup finely chopped green beans.
5. 1/2 cup finely chopped big capsicums.
6. 1/2 cup finely long cut onion.
7. 2 tsp finely chopped ginger, garlic & Chilies or paste.
8. 3-tsp Soya sauce & 1 tsp Chili sauce.
9. 3 tsp Oil.
10. Salt.


 

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
  2. Put chopped Ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil.
  3. Put chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins.
  4. Put all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins.
  5. Put 1 spoon of Soya sauce & 1 spoon of Chili sauce & stir.
  6. After 5 mins put cooked rice in the pan and add salt & stir nicely.
  7. Then put remaining 2 spoon of Soya sauce & stir properly, mix it properly.
  8. Put 1/2 spoon oil from side & stir nicely.
  9. Then put finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice & stir little bit.
  10. Hot spicy Chinese fried rice is ready to serve.... Can be served with Tomato soup/ sauce...
