Chicken Kurma
Ingredients
1 kg chicken
2 large minced onions
2 large tomatoes
1 inch piece cinnamon
3 cloves
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 cup curd
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,cinnamon and cloves.
- When the onions are a light brown, add chilli powder, coriander powder ,turmeric powder and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add in the tomatoes and cook it till it becomes pulpy.
- Add in the yogurt, stir well.
- Then add the chicken and salt and cook till it is well done.
- Garnish with cilantro.
