Bread Potato Cutlet.

Ingredients
1. Bread with its edges cut ... 4 or 6 slices
2. Potatoes ... 2 nos
3. Salt ... to taste
4. Green chillies --- cut ... 4 nos
5. Cheese -- grated ... 1 cup
6. Coriander leaves -- chopped ... a little
7. Maida flower ... 2 tablespoonfuls
8. Bread crumbles ... as required.

 

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoe, peel its outer skin, mash it and keep it.
  2. Soak the bread in water, take it out, squeeze the water and keep it.
  3. Mix the grated cheese, cut green chillies, salt, mashed potatoes and the bread well, take out small balls and make the shape which you like (for example round, square, triangular etc).
  4. Dip it in the maida flower which is dissolved in water.
  5. Put it in the bread crumbles and
  6. Fry in a well heated oil in a kadai.
