Bottlegourd Chutney .

Ingredients
Bottlegourd pieces with skin - 2 glasses
chanadal - 1 tablespoon
uraddal -3/4 tbsp
fenugreek seeds -5 or 6
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
hing - little
red chillies - 4 [ small round ones]
green chillies -4
coriander leaves
tamerind - little [1/4 0f small sized lemon]
turmeric - little

 

Method:

  1. Put little oil in a kadai . Heat it. Add chanadal,uraddal,fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds,red chillies & Fry it.
  2. After frying put dhania powder ,hing, green chillies. Fry it.
  3. Then add bottlegourd pieces and fry it for ten minutes.
  4. Turn off the gas.
  5. Add salt,turmeric,tamerind and coriander leaves.
  6. After it becomes cool grind it.
