Besan Raita

Ingredients
Besan (Gram flour) : 2 tablespoon
Curds : 4 tablespoon
Onion finely chopped: 1 medium size
Jeera : 1tsp
Salt : As per requirement

 

Method:

  1. Beat curds. You can add little milk while beating curds.
  2. Add onion, salt and jeera to the above curds and mix well. Keep aside for 5 mins.
  3. Now add besan little by little to curds and mix it continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. You can alter the quantity of besan to get the required consistency of raita.
  5. Thats it, raita is ready.
  6. It goes well with Chapati, Pulav and you can try out with any thing of your choice. Enjoy it!!
