Beetroot Pickle

Ingredients
Beetroot – 2 to 3 nos
Vinegar – 2 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste
Green Chillies 5 – 10
Methi seeds – few
Mustard seeds – few
Asafetodia – 1 tablespoons
Chiilli Powder – As per taste
Oil – 2 tablespoon

 

Method:

  1. Cut Beetroot & chillies into small pieces add salt and keep aside.
  2. Fry mustard and methi seeds and powder them.
  3. Mix this powder with Asafetodia & Chiilli Powder.
  4. Heat Oil and remove from flame.
  5. Add the mixture in the oil along with the beetroot & chillies which are kept aside.
  6. Place them in a bottle, add vinegar and add salt if reqired.
  7. Yummy pickle is ready to enjoy the next day!!
  8. You may also add Carrot if required.
