Banana Pudding

Ingredients
Ripe bananas - 6 medium sized (half dozen)
Water - 2-3 cups
Sugar - 250 gms
Elaichi powder 2 tsps
Cashews/Badams/Raisins for garnishing

 

Method:

  1. Finely chop the bananas. Keep aside.
  2. Heat water and add sugar when the water comes to a boil. Make thick jeera.
  3. Now remove pan from fire and add the chopped bananas immediately.
  4. Also add elaichi powder, food color and the cashews/badams/raisins.
  5. Keep in refrigerator for an hour or two.
  6. Tasty Banana Pudding is ready. Serves 4-5 people.
