Ambode

Ingredients
1} Chana dal - 1Cup
2} Green Chillies- 4
3} Ginger- small piece
4} Coriander
5} Pudina
6} Hing
7} Jeera
8} Salt
9} Oil for frying.

 

Method:

  1. Soak the channa dal 4-5 hours.
  2. Then mix it with green chilli,coriander Pudina & ginger.
  3. grind it hardly. Remember don't grind it like Chutney.
  4. Then put some jeera,salt & hing to that mix.
  5. Make small dough & press it.
  6. Then fry it until it gets brown.
  7. serve this with hot chutney.
  8. you will get 10-12 ambodes with one cup of channa dal.
