Ingredients
1} Chana dal - 1Cup
2} Green Chillies- 4
3} Ginger- small piece
4} Coriander
5} Pudina
6} Hing
7} Jeera
8} Salt
9} Oil for frying.
Method:
- Soak the channa dal 4-5 hours.
- Then mix it with green chilli,coriander Pudina & ginger.
- grind it hardly. Remember don't grind it like Chutney.
- Then put some jeera,salt & hing to that mix.
- Make small dough & press it.
- Then fry it until it gets brown.
- serve this with hot chutney.
- you will get 10-12 ambodes with one cup of channa dal.
