Tikha Paratha

Ingredients
2 cup Wheat flour
2 handful rice flour,maida(all purpose flour)
1 handful basen flour
2 tsp oil or ghee
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup yogurt(add little water & thin it)
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp chilly powder(if prefered hot take more)
1 tsp jeera or til

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the flour,salt,oil,garam masala,chilly powder, jeera(til) well
  2. Make a dough by adding yogurt (add water if required) to make a dough (like for chapathi) & knead well
  3. Keep it aside for 10-20 min.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls then roll out a little & put some oil/ghee (like for chapathi)then fold in round or square shape and roll them out(use rice flour).
  5. Grease a tava with ghee/oil and place the paratha over it, when done on one side turn on the other side and apply ghee again and fry properly till both sides turn golden coloured.
  6. Serve piping hot with a tbsp of Butter or bowl of Curd.
