Spicy Egg Bonda

Ingredients
1. Egg ... 4 nos
2. Besan flour ... 1 1/4 cup
3. Red chilly powder ... 1 tsp
4. Salt ... to taste
5. Rice flour ... 1 cup
6. Pepper powder ... 1/4 tsp
7.Red colour ... 3 pinches

 

Method:

  1. Boil the eggs and allow it cool,remove its shell and cut longitudinally into 4 pieces and --
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp chilly powder and a little salt and keep aside
  3. Make a batter out of besan flour, rice flour the rest of the chilly powder, required salt, and rest of the pepper powder.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and after it hot, dip the cut egg pieces in the batter and deep fry in medium flame until golden brown
  5. Take it out and place in a tissue paper to absorb the oil.
