Sarse diye Dimer Paturi

Ingredients
Take 6 eggs boil it and keep it aside.
Grind 2 teaspoon of black and yellow mustard seeds together with Green chilliesand 4 cloves of Garlic( wet grinded)but it should be smooth but thick not watery at all.( If mustard seeds are not avialble pls take the mustard powder sold by Weikfield)
A bunch of Corriander leaves.
One medium size Onion Chopped nicely.
Salt and Turmeric powder for taste and colour.
One tablespoon of mustard oil.

 

Method:

  1. Take out the shell from the eggs and mix the mustard paste,bit oil,1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder with 1 /2 teaspoon of salt.
  2. slit the eggs with knife but dont cut it.Slit it from every end maybe 4 slits on the 4 side of the boiled eggs .
  3. Heat the kadai with one tablespoon of MustardOil and fry the oinins and put it in the egg mixture .
  4. Take a bowl for steaming and put the eggs marinated way in it.Spinkle corriander leaves over it.
  5. Now put the bowl in kadai filled with little water.
  6. Steam the bowl with the lid for sometimemaybe for 10-15mts in slow flame.
  7. Take it out the dish is ready and can be eaten with rice.
