Jhinge Diye Morula Macher jhal

Ingredients
Get 1/2 kg of Marula Fish from the market.Basically this is small fish but very tasty and bit difficult for cleaning.
Get 250gms og Jhinge( Taru called in Hindi).it should be peeled and cut into long pieces at least 1 inches.
Salt and turmeric for taste and clour.
One Onion to be chooped finely and 5-6 slitted green chillies.
One small bunch of Corriander leaves.
100 gms of Mustard oil.

 

Method:

  1. Clean the fish andkeep it marinated by 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Heat the oil in the kadai put 1 teaspoon of kala jeera to splutter and saute the jhinge with bit of salt and turmeric( 1 pinch).
  3. Put the fish in it and saute it in slow flame and put 1/2 cup of hot water and let it boil .
  4. Garnish it with Corriander leaves and shimmer it for sometime.
  5. Serve it with Rice.
