Easy Wheat Ladoos

Ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour(chapati aatta)
1 cup of fine sugar(if you want more sweet you can add more also)
2 cup of ghee
1/2 cup of dry fruits powdered(Cashewnuts,Badam(almonds))
5-6 Cardamom (Elaichi) powdered

 

Method:

  1. In a thick bottom vessel,add wheat flour and 1/2 cup of ghee (add more if required)
  2. Fry till the mixture starts to give out an aroma and turns slightly to brown color.
  3. Allow it to cool for about 5 min.
  4. While still warm, add sugar, dry fruits, Cardamom.
  5. Make ladoos by adding the rest of the ghee(hot) little at a time.
  6. Yummy Ladoos are ready. It is very easy to make.
  7. You can make upto 25 ladoos.
