Easy Wheat Ladoos
Ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour(chapati aatta)
1 cup of fine sugar(if you want more sweet you can add more also)
2 cup of ghee
1/2 cup of dry fruits powdered(Cashewnuts,Badam(almonds))
5-6 Cardamom (Elaichi) powdered
Method:
- In a thick bottom vessel,add wheat flour and 1/2 cup of ghee (add more if required)
- Fry till the mixture starts to give out an aroma and turns slightly to brown color.
- Allow it to cool for about 5 min.
- While still warm, add sugar, dry fruits, Cardamom.
- Make ladoos by adding the rest of the ghee(hot) little at a time.
- Yummy Ladoos are ready. It is very easy to make.
- You can make upto 25 ladoos.
