Bread Panner

Ingredients
1. Paneer cubes ... 100 gms
2. Bread ... 10 slices
3. Corn flour ... 1/4 cup
4. Curd ... 1/2 cup
5. Oil ... to fry
6. Garam masala powder ... 1 tsp
7. Ginger-garlic paste ... 2 tsp
8. Red chilly powder ... 2 tsp
9. Tomato sauce ... 2 tsp
10. Salt ... to taste
11. Colour powder (saffron colour) ... 1 tsp
12. Butter ... 2 tablespoonfuls

 

Method:

  1. Mix corn flour, curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder red chilly powder, colour powder and a little salt and make a batter of the bajji flour consistency.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, dip the panneer cubes inthe batter and deep fry, till the masala is cooked.
  3. Spread butter over the bread slices, and add a little tomatoe sauce, spread it and then fry it in a pan smeared with oil.
